With 19 years of experience across Montréal and Vancouver, I bring a proven track record in brand strategy, marketing, and communications. I’ve held senior leadership roles at top agencies (Cossette, BBDO Worldwide, WILL Creative) and in-house with leading brands like Lululemon and Nature’s Path Foods. Fluent in both French and English, I’ve led high-impact initiatives for national and international organizations—including Lululemon, Nature’s Path, BCLC, Bell (B2C & B2B), the Government of British Columbia, and Canada Seven to name a few. I combine deep agency and client-side insight with a passion for building compelling brand narratives and coaching high-performing and collaborative teams.

I hold a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from HEC Montréal and an Executive Coaching Certificate from Royal Roads University.

These last 4 years, I have supported clients through my private coaching and counselling practice. As such, I bring heightened leadership skills and a deep attunement and understanding of people, as a guide, mentor or agency lead.

Led all corporate communications for the largest organic breakfast and snacks brand in North America. Development, implementation and management of strategic planning process for all corporate communications, including PR, influencers, digital, events, sponsorship and advertising, managing 8 team members. Refined our goals and tracking systems: increased our impressions by: + 18% PR, + 93% advertising, +71% events reach, +950% events impressions and implemented engagement metrics for all digital communications. Generated a total of 1,225,000,000 integrated impressions in 1 year (+ 36% YOY). Led the developed a new creative platform, photoshoot practices, digital video strategy and brand movie.

Combining my passion for branding, creative communications, leadership development, yoga and athleticism, I led the brand team (including community/influencers, creative and digital teams), managing 12 staff members. Led the planning and re-defining of the brand strategy & creative platform, all community-building, marketing and brand efforts, including PR, events, and digital marketing. Developed and executed new processes while building and sustaining a high performing team. Collaborating throughout with the products and operations teams, as well as with the broader lululemon leadership team.
